		<description>The following commando would fill up your /var/cache/apt/archives directory in case you deleted some of the files or used apt-get clean 

Just run:

    apt-get --reinstall -dy install $(dpkg --get-selections &#124; grep '[[:space:]]install' &#124; cut -f1)

It will generate a list of all packages and download de .deb files of it into your /var/cache/apt/archives directory
